Oriental Wok Stew Recipe

Ingredients Oriental Wok Stew

  • 400 g of pork filet
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 grams freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 peppers, one in each color
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp Chinese soy
  • 1 gram of cayenne pepper
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce

How to prepare

Mix soy, ginger, cayenne and black pepper in a bowl. Shred the pork tenderloin and turn into the mixture. Let everything cool for fifteen minutes. Strain and chop the onion. Rinse, seed and shred the pepper. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the onion and bell pepper. Fry quickly, stirring for about five minutes.

Take the meat out of the marinade and dry it lightly with paper towels. Bake the meat strips with the vegetables until cooked through. Mix broth, hoisin sauce, and corn in a bowl. Then pour the mixture into the wok pan with stirring. Just let the liquid thicken and warm. Serve immediately.

  • Jasmine rice
  • White bread
