Oriental Chicken Stew Recipe

Spicy chicken stew! You must try this dish flavors of ginger, garlic, lime, and coconut milk. But have in mind that it is spicy.

Oriental chicken stew 3-4 servings ingredients

  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili
  • sprinkle of soy
  • 1 chicken broth
  • salt pepper
  • 2.5 dl of coconut milk
  • 2 dl of water

How to prepare

Shred the chicken into fine pieces, fry in coconut oil. Salt pepper. Cut the onion into slightly larger pieces, milling quickly so it softens slightly.

Cut the peppers and put in with the onions and the fried chicken. Pour in coconut milk, water, and the rest of the ingredients.

Tear peel from 1/2 lime, squeeze in the juice. Bring to a boil, simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until it thickens.
