Oriental Fish Stew ingredients

- 15 kg Hoki fillet
- 5 kg of crème Fraiche
- 3 dl parsley, chopped or frozen
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 6 dl honey, liquid
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 dl Sambal Oelek
- 0.5 dl of potato flour
- Salt, white pepper
How to prepare
Put fish in tin foil and steam it for about 5-8 minutes, pour off the liquid. Mix crème Fraiche with parsley, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, sambal Oelek, potato flour, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the fish and fry in the oven at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with pressed potatoes.
