Peel the carrots and rinse the leeks. Cut the carrots, leeks and peppers into strips. Also, cut the ham into strips or cubes. Put everything in a bowl or bag.
Mix the marinade and pour it over the meat and vegetables. Allow it to marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Roast sesame seeds lightly, if they are to be, in a hot wok or large frying pan. They quickly get color so fit them carefully. Pour them into a bowl.
Pour off the marinade but save it. Heat oil and fry meat and vegetables a few minutes in hot pan. Pour the marinade towards the end of the frying and cook. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 2 Carrots
- 2 tbsp of Sesame seeds

- 1 tablespoon Corn oil
- 1 pepper, red
- Marinade:
- 1 dl Japanese soy
- 2 tbsp of Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons Ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
