Ingredients Oriental Chicken Stew Recipe
- 250 g of chicken thigh fillet
- 0.5 yellow onions
- 0.5 tsp curry
- 2 grams of salt
- 0.5 grams pepper
- 1.5 dl chicken broth
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 0.5 dl crème fraîche
How to prepare
- Cut the chicken thigh fillets into smaller pieces. Brown them in a little food grease in a tractor pan. Season with salt and pepper. Record them.
- Peel and chop the onion. Melt it soft and glossy in some grease along with curry without the onion getting color.
- Put the chicken meat back in the tractor pan and add the broth and mango chutney. Let it cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir down the mini Fraiche and allow everything to heat through. Sprinkle with peeled and diced fresh mango.
