Ingredients Oriental Chicken Stew Recipe

  • 250 g of chicken thigh fillet
  • 0.5 yellow onions
  • 0.5 tsp curry
  • 2 grams of salt
  • 0.5 grams pepper
  • 1.5 dl chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 0.5 dl crème fraîche

How to prepare

  • Cut the chicken thigh fillets into smaller pieces. Brown them in a little food grease in a tractor pan. Season with salt and pepper. Record them.
  • Peel and chop the onion. Melt it soft and glossy in some grease along with curry without the onion getting color.
  • Put the chicken meat back in the tractor pan and add the broth and mango chutney. Let it cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Stir down the mini Fraiche and allow everything to heat through. Sprinkle with peeled and diced fresh mango.
