  • 1 loaf;
  • 200 g of any hard cheese;
  • 100 g of milk;
  • salt, ground pepper, spices (optional).

  • 1 cup long-grain rice;
  • 1 glass of chicken broth;
  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 small jar canned corn;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper, cumin;
  • 7-10 cherry tomatoes;
  • lemon or lime juice.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Marinate it with salt, spices, and lemon juice. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

Grease a microwave oven dish with vegetable oil, place the chicken pieces. Grease the top with oil so that the meat does not dry out and bake in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power. Turn all pieces of meat halfway through cooking.

Rinse the rice until the water becomes clear. Drain off excess water, and then add rice to chicken. Pour over the pre-cooked chicken broth.

Place in the microwave at maximum power for 20 minutes.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes or thin strips. Chop the onion and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Add all this to chicken and rice.

  • 1 pack of cottage cheese;
  • 4 whites;
  • 3 yolks;
  • 1 tbsp flour;

  • 1 tsp butter;
  • lemon zest, a pinch of vanilla (to taste).

Brush regular tea mugs with butter.

Put the curd in any bowl. Add lemon zest, vanilla, and 3 yolks. Add flour, mix thoroughly.

In a separate container, beat the egg whites with sugar until dense peaks appear. You can add a pinch of salt to speed up the process.

Add the protein mass to a container with cottage cheese. Stir it until smooth. If you act too quickly, the whites will settle, and the soufflé will not turn out too tender.

  • half a liter of water;
  • half a glass of grape juice;
  • half an orange;
